  • Can I get access to the other Confidia™ health services without making Confidia™ my primary care physician?

    In short, no. This is because Confidia™'s approach to health is so all-encompassing, it starts with and grows from primary care.

  • How can Confidia™ afford to spend so much time with each patient?

    Confidia™ Health Institute was founded on the idea that patients are important, as is their time. PCPs cannot make an accurate diagnosis without spending time with the patients. The Chief Medical Officer's mother often said "Listen to your patients and they will give you the diagnosis 95% of the time." This has become one of the core themes of Confidia™ Health Institute.

  • What information will I need to schedule an appointment?

    Be prepared with your insurance information when scheduling your appointment. It also helps the team to provide any surgical history, dietary information, a list of current medications and supplements and family medical history.

  • Do I need a referral to become a patient?

    You do not need a referral to make an appointment. Contact Confidia today to schedule your first session.

  • How long will my appointment be?

    The length of appointment varies depending on services, but you can expect your first appointment to be a minimum of 30 minutes.

  • How far in advance do I have to make appointments?

    Appointments can be booked depending on availability. Please call our office to book your next appointment, or you can request your next appointment during your visit.

  • If necessary, am I able to schedule a same-day appointment for urgent situations?

    Please call us to check availability for appointments. For any emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest hospital emergency room.

  • Can I get lab work done in the office?

    Yes, Confidia™ partners with Quest labs to do blood and lab work in the office.

  • Can I get a copy of my records?

    Under HIPAA laws and regulations, you have a right to receive a copy of your medical records from all of your physicians and hospitals. Call us or request a copy of your records at your next appointment.

  • Will my appointments be covered by insurance?

    Confidia™ accepts all major insurances. Payment plans are also available to help keep healthy living affordable for all individuals.
