24/7 direct access to our supervising nurse, Valrose. Call or text and get the answers you need.
If experiencing memory issues, our Certified IASIS Micro-current Neurofeedback Clinician can provide home treatments.
Our Certified Yoga Instructor will train your body and improve flexibility, movement, and balance.

Valrose Green-Colon, RN
Valrose Green-Colon is a Registered Nurse and a seasoned wound care specialist with over two decades of experience. Renowned for delivering personalized and exceptional care, Valrose ensures that every patient feels heard and valued. Demonstrating leadership in various roles, she has also contributed significantly to training and mentoring in wound care, underscoring a commitment to knowledge sharing and professional growth. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and a deep passion for wound care, Valrose stands out as both a skilled nurse and a transformative figure in healthcare.
Maria Gonzalez, LPN
Maria Gonzalez is a Licensed Practical Nurse with nine years of experience, five of which were in Vascular Surgery, focusing on wound care. She is committed to treating patients with chronic wounds with integrity, compassion, and respect, emphasizing holistic, patient-centered care to each individual she cares for. Her extensive expertise includes providing education, effective communication, and collaborative treatment approaches to all her patients.

How We Help
Treatment
We believe in treating more than just the wound, we believe in treating the root cause. All wound care patients are offered the ability to become a full time primary care patient at our office to ensure our team can help not just today, but in the future as well. Initial visits include:
ABI and PVR testing for underlying vascular disease
A full Physical Exam by the provider
A full medication review
A home environment evaluation, including hygiene, sleep accomodations, fall risks and home support.
Personalized, individualized treatment plan
Timing is everything.
Each wound care patient will receive a minimum of 1 hour of our undivided attention. We will do everything in our power to assess, examine, and treat you back to full health.
